This update adds basics for human resources department. It works similarly to marketing department in how its upgraded and downgraded.

In this update is also included the first thing the department affects: scouting

Scouting system controls how much info you have on workers. Higher the scouting level on a worker, more precisely you their stats. The level can be increased upgrading the human resources department. The level also increases monthly for all workers working for you.

Human resources will be getting more features as the game moves towards version 0.7
