hey there, finished the game, i'm not sure if it was done on purpose or not, but you can finish the whole game without messing up any of the sockets (if i'm correct, those are the reason why the family died), was really expecting a different ending to happen because of that, but still, pretty good game!
hi there!! I played your game and made a video about it! although I am new to the whole gaming horror side of the internet I can say that this game has a very refreshing and fun mechanic! keep up the good work!! :]
I sincerely <3 DIY. However,. when it means your slowly descending into the gates of hell, and with no clear way out, you're really up sh*t creek. So, on the one hand you're trying to make something look nice and shinny, but on the other, you're roping in nothing but utter destruction.
A simple, but very nicely worked out game. Didn't run into any hiccups or snags, so, kudos to all involved and a big 'Thank You!" as well.
the retro feel of the graphics have this weird feel to them that feels like, im not sure how to describe it, like wood grain on a 1990s buick, its really nostalgic, I dont think i got to the true ending
I genuinely enjoy the combination of house flipping with horror games and this one was fantastic! Only complaint is that I was expecting more "endings", but I might have missed something. Awesome job, mate!
Great little title to play in under 30 minutes. I love that you can choose tiles you place on the floor. I wish there was an option to adjust music volume and fx volume
I enjoy renovating games, almost as much as I enjoy horror games! So when I saw that there was a game that featured both, well hot dang if I didn't download it right away! I had quite a bit of fun with it, and even managed to jump out of bounds while I was fooling around outside recording, but it's pretty fun! Great job! Would love to see more like this!
As someone who loves Minecraft/Renovation type stuff, I thought the tiling AND the different kinds was badass. But that's me...where this game really shines is in the advertising of it all. I actively look for scary games, psychological games, and while there are many good ones under "literal" titles, this one is the kind I love. Who would assume a Renovation game would be like this? Wonderful, crawl-under-your-skin, uneasy, "normal task takes a nightmarish turn", horror game. WOULD RECCOMEND if you enjoy things like building games and "tedious" tasks. Console games are great, legendary even, but little gems like this and many other on Itch really make lasting memories. I would love to see this become a full-fledged game. Thank you for the unease and nuanced horror experience.
I like this concept that I've been seeing a lot lately, really creepy in the psychological sense. (I won't say it here to avoid spoilers, but I think I said it in the video) Great stuff!
Just uploaded this game to my channel. I personally loved this game! I love cleaning house games in general but this one was so unexpected and so much fun. I defiantly recommend trying it out!
A fun game with an interesting idea! My only criticism is that fixing the floor felt somewhat tedious and I think that the game might have been a bit more scary if there were fewer floor tiles to fix – I understand that the idea was to distract the player but being always focused on a task felt like too much distraction – but take this with a grain of salt because I don't play a lot of horror games :D Other than that this was a good little game and I love the weird aesthetic!
Hii, I've made a video about the game and wanted to share some feedback about it, hopefully it is useful to you ^^
-The main concept of the game is pretty good and I really liked it.
-The gameplay mechanics are quite good and work perfectly as a "bait" to hide the real intentions of the game at first since it gave me a few minutes of not know what to expect :D
-The visuals are on point and I like the you didn't go to hard with the "horror elements" through it :D
-I would like to be able to paint the floor under the furniture hahaha I really wanted it a few times while playing as you can see hahaha
Hopefully this is useful to you :D, also if you could subscribe that would help me a lot :)

This was a lot of fun to play! Really enjoyed the creepy undertones and how it took a turn! It was so cool playing a DIY horror game!
Awesome game! Such a clever concept!

This game was fun to play! When games go from cheerful to ominous/scary, I’m all for it. Great game, props to the devs!
Stay safe and be responsible ❤️
cool little game!
It was a great experience, would love to play more of things like this.

This game was genuinely really fun to play and I loved the music. I hope there's future updates!
This one was a lot of fun. Would love to see a game like this with multiple levels. The mix between the weird visuals and gameplay were spot on.

Very cool game.
very cool game i like i
Overall a great game, you built up an awsome atmosphere, only downside it was too short and there were no secrets, or at least I didn't find any.
