Oasis Racing Club Overhaul

I decided to overhaul most features in the game and change the mode to more normal racing mode

Changes:

• Changed mode to regular race to finish line mode
• New Ship modes that are not just ball and a box stuck together
• New effects like fire, smoke, water etc.
• More AI opponents
• Sound Effects
• Boosting
• Controller Support
• New UI
• Better Camera
